1. What is the age requirement for UTC? You must be 18 years of age to qualify for UTC
2. Is there a payment plan? We recently implemented a new 3 month payment policy to
enroll in all UTC’s except for Cape Town, So. Africa. The cost is $1350.00 for the first three
months commitment. If you desire to attend the next term another $1350.00 will be required
before you enroll into the next term, which consists of three months.
3. Where do I send my application to? (A.)You can send the application to, Victory

4. How long does it take to receive notice if I have been accepted to the UTC? After
submitting your application and $25.00 registration fee it takes at least two to three business
days to know if you have been accepted or not. You will be notified via email, please submit a
legible email on your UTC application.
5. How can I pay for my application fee? You can log onto www.victoryoutreach.org click on UTC
Tuition and submit desired payment method: Visa, MasterCard excepted also refer to
www.voutc.org
6. How can I pay for my tuition? Tuition can be paid online at www.victoryoutreach.org
click on the UTC tuition link and submit desired payment method. Tuition must only be
submitted, once approval of your UTC application has been approved also pay at www.voutc.org
7. Do I have to pay my Tuition in full? All tuition must be paid by the last day of the open
enrollment period. You can make daily or weekly payments online and as long as tuition are paid
in full by the last day of the open enrollment period.
8. What is open enrollment? Open enrollment is the time period you have to submit all
UTC requirements before you attend. Open enrollment usually consists of 3‐4 weeks. In
between these dates you must submit application; next you submit tuition payment – only if
application has been approved first. On the last day of open enrollment, if tuition has not been
paid in full, you will immediately roll over into the next term.
